Key Ideas

Victor Hugo famously said, “An invasion of armies can be resisted but not an idea whose time has come.”

Ideas are powerful. Ideas drive change. Ideas motivate people to action.

One of the most important ideas is Solidarity. Acting alone we have little impact on climate change. Acting in solidarity with others magnifies our efforts. We truly believe that solidarity is the real super power.

At THIS! Is What We Did we have thought long and hard about what the problem is that is keeping effective action on climate change from happening, and how we, as everyday people, can have leverage to make an impact. Some key ideas have influenced us in our thinking and we are pleased to share them with you.
